Thanksgiving Loteria Classroom set and activity placemat en español!

This a great Classroom resource to complement a thanksgiving lesson. With 20 word related words, will help build vocabulary while having fun. The activity placemat also has a coloring by number activity, perfect for the youngest kids, learning their colors and a place where children can write four things they are thankful for.

Let’s raise bilingual AND multicultural children, respectful of traditions and cultural differences. While teaching the language, we can also incorporate lots of cultural experiences to enrich their learning. This bingo provides a total of 20 words related to the thanksgiving celebration. All boards include the word GRACIAS as a way to remember the real meaning of the tradition.

20 cards (print them twice and had a matching game for review!)

Note: If you have a bigger classroom, like me I print the file twice, however I’ve seen that children enjoy more playing in couples.

Tip: When calling the card, ask the children to repeat the word after you before calling the next one. For the older kids, the first to say Loteria will read the words in his/her board to make sure they are all called.
